Used this for the kids as I wont let them in my caravan (say kids they are over 18) was last used last year that was when the field pics were taken. We put it up no problem its old and not the best tent you will see on site but does the job its cream and red the kitchen stand releases (cooker and a sink has gas pipe never used it so will need testing) from the back to put inside the tent the worktop things are loose and need a repair (hinges). 2 double beds with mattresses and inner tent things so when in bed its closed off could sleep another in the middle of those beds if required, also has a roof inner liner for the front tent and trailer bed part and an awning which attaches to the outer tent. When this up its quite big storage under the beds it does have electrics fitted (non standard) also comes with the hook up cable and step also has curtains. Its a shame to scrap it as a trailer as its still usable and a decent holiday base. Did leak in a few places I did seal the bedroom part with the tent sealer stuff but may need more. you can have the hitch lock, had to put the spare tyre on as we got a puncture towing it back so the non spare wheel will need a new tyre. if like me your not a fussy person and just get on with it then this is a cheap holiday if you are fussy dont buy I just CBA its worth more as a trailer. please note it does not come with the groundsheet, chairs etc. Thanks for looking.
