The Trailer is 6 berth and has 2 double sleeping pods with foam mattresses included and two single sleeping pods with airbeds included, all ceiling liners and curtains for the windows are original and in a excellent condition,the tent also features a large living area which can easily accommodate 10 people on camping chairs for an evening of entertainment. All ancillary items for the tent including the winding handle for corner jacks and awning poles are (all joined with springs) are present and function correctly. The tent has an convenient assembly time of around 30 minutes for two people which lets you get on and enjoy your holiday, it features a clean kitchen with a two ring hob and grill (pots/pans/kettle(electric too) also included), the kitchen also comes equipped with fresh water container and a waste water container. A 240v RCD socket and long electric hook up cable are included which power the lights in the main tent and the awning area and the 3 pin sockets throughout.Also Included are;Tent pegs for various ground conditions (Including glow in the dark and a large selection of assorted pegs)A over band with pegs for high wind conditions 1 13kg Butane gas bottle (only used twice)1 Gas regulator (Includes new pipework throughout), Peg mallet1 pole bag for awning poles which are stored between the seating area when not in use All tyres are in a very good condition with no signs of perishingThe reason for selling is a recent purchase of a caravan
