Bad bits is
It has a couple of rips ( as shown in pictures) that will be easily stitched and or not in areas that would allow water in.
Also the zip on the main bedroom door need fixed as the zip teeth won’t hold.
However it can be used as it is.
To be payed straight away and collected within 48hours from end of auction .
