this is good condition as you can see from the photos it as some staining on the roof of the tent as you can see on photo number 6 it as a small hole at the bottem on the front photo number 10. the trailer is solid it as electrice hook up any questions give me a call on (07547760541) i maybe able to deliver up to 25 miles at a small cost CASH ONLY NO PAYPAL
