It good condition for the year. All parts present. All poles for awning. 100s of pegs. Mallets. Brand new unused camping stove. Kettle. Bowel. Folding shelf. Two brand new gas bottles. Spare pole. Camping toilet if you want. Camping chairs in pictures not available. Although I do have the double one which need attention. Toilet liquid. Two double beds. One pod for underneath (never used) all curtains and roof lining present and in excellent condition. All windows in good condition. Electrics all work. Main stove and sink in excellent condition (never used). Separate little room for loo, shower or for changing. A few very small holes in one side biggest one smaller than a 1p others are tiny. (there when I got it). Rain has never come in. The whole canvas is in good condition. Some stains on the roof but can’t see them when the roof lining is fitted, but it is over 20 years old. Doesn’t leak. New tyre last year. Other bits and bins knocking around. Very big tent room for plenty of people. Only selling it as got a caravan. Enough to get you strait one the road. If you are local I can show you how to put it up after purchase if you find somewhere.
