We have owned this around 6 year and have have had many happy camping trips with it.Comes with loads of extras 3 fold up camping chairs small fold up table cutlery plates bowls cups a few pans electric lights hanging storage unit.Has 2 inner tents but could do with a little sewing on the clips.all cushions are in good condition no mould whatsoever. The awning has a small tear in the canvas to the front but has never bothered us. Comes with spare wheel. Has always been stored inside and Fits in a standard size garage easy cash on collection only no paypal
