Does need a bit of tlc and a clean
Been in storage during pandemic
Recently taken out of storage and stored in garden but just isn’t getting used
Tows really well
Does include awning and poles
When fully erect with awning it is roughly 17ft x 17ft
Comes with electric hook up cable with 2 plugs
Little kitchen area with has stove comes with 2x almost full bottles

Couldn’t put awning up as trailer tent in my garden and with it all up it is too big for my garden
As you can see the fabric does need a clean and a good airing out as where been stood in storage it hasn’t been opened in over a year
Also has a rip at top DOESNT let water in when awning attached as it’s on the inside bit
Comes with spare wheel ( bit rusty but still ok )
