IT HAS BEEN KEPT GARAGED WHEN NOT USED AND WE ARE ONLY THE THIRD OWNER OF THIS. THE ONLY REASON FOR SELLING IT IS OUR KIDS HAVE GROWN UP. IT HAS A SINK AND 2 RING COOKER WITH A GRILL. THERE ARE TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS AND THERE IS ALSO SPACE FOR AN UNDER BED TENT WHICH IS INCLUDED HOWEVER THE HANGING STRAPS ARE BROKEN AND NEED REPLACING. IT HAS A FRONT SUN CANOPY IDEAL FOR COOKING OUTDOORS UNDER. THERE ARE NO EXTRAS INCLUDED WITH THIS ALTHOUGH THERE ARE THINGS SHOWN ON PIC 2 IT IS THE BASIC TENT ONLY. THE TENT IS EASY TO PUT UP AND DOWN AND ALL PEGS ARE INCLUDED.
