We deliver 7 days per week right across mainland UK and Northern Ireland using reputable couriers although sometimes we have to ship with Royal Mail.
Most items will be delivered within 1 day but please allow up to 4 days in case we have to ship with Royal Mail.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?
Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items.
So if you need to send it back, then please let us know before you post it & we will contact the manufacturer and then advise you of the correct address and associated details for the return. Then we’ll either refund the cash by the original payment method or offer you an exchange. Easy.
To return an item we will need; your proof of purchase, the item in its original packaging and in an unused & re saleable condition.
There are a few things we can’t do returns for including food & jewellry and of course if the item is damaged on arrival if you provide us with proof of purchase and some photos of the damage we can replace it or refund it no problem.

Q1. Do you offer pickup?
A1. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer local pickup and are not able to make exceptions.
Q2. I received a damaged or faulty item (DOA), what should i do?
A2. Please contact us immediately (through Ebay messaging or email) and our customer service team will arrange for a return under the terms of the maufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
Q3. Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
A3. As our prices are already heavily reduced, unless you are ordering 20 plus items of the same product we are not able to offer any discounts.
Q4. What if my package is not delivered?
A4. In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, our customer service representative will contact you via email. In the event that you have not received your package within timeframes outlined in shipping guidelines – please contact our customer service team. (note; if you are in a regional or remote area please allow a little extra time however the timeframes in the shipping guide should be accurate)
Q5. Do you ship to Europe or overseas?
A5. EBay will indicate if the item is eligible for the global shipping program or not. In many cases it will be.
