QUICK & EASY PITCH – The Andes bell tents can be erected in under 20
minutes. Simply peg down the groundsheet, put the centre pole and
A-frame in place, peg in and tighten the guylines and you are good to go
SUCTION CUPS – Suction cups on each end of the centre pole provide great
stability
HANGING HOOK – Situated at the top of the centre poles the handy hanging
hook allows you to use tent lights or hang up anything else you wish
AIR VENTS – Three air vents at the top of the tent provide great
ventilation especially on hot days
RAIN CAP – A small rain cap is provided to sit on the top of the A-frame
to prevent leaks from rain water
HEAVY DUTY PEGS – The ground pegs provided are heavy duty and ultra
strong. When used with the thick guylines and chunky wooden sliders your
tent will be rock solid
MOSQUITO NETTING – A mosquito net is placed on the door entrance and on
all windows to prevent any unwanted nasties from making it in to your
tent
STORAGE BAG – A matching canvas storage bag is provided for easy storage

Delivery
Please complete your order by following the eBay checkout procedure. Please ensure the address you have entered is current and accurate. Please supply a telephone number as this will aid our couriers should there be any delivery problems.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of cleared payment.
Orders usually arrive within 2 working days after dispatch. Weekend days and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Any orders that are placed with get it fast delivery option need to be placed on a working day (Monday-Friday) before 2pm if they are to be dispatched the same day. If the order is placed after 2pm or anytime on a weekend then the order will be dispatched the next working day. Our couriers only deliver on week days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please bear in mind that once the order has been dispatched it is in the hands of our couriers so we need to trust that they will offer a good service and be on time.
A large proportion of our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. In the unlikely event that an order does not arrive, we have to allow 14 days before we can class it as lost as per Royal Mail guidelines.
