This is a large 8 man tent with a 4 man room at each end with a divider for each bedroom It has a large communal area in the middle.
In good used condition with some minor wear and tear, see pictures for details. All easily fixable.

General wear on where you put poles – nothing major pic 10
There is a bit of mildew on one of the bedrooms this was treated a few years ago and never got any worse ( picture makes it look worse than it actually is). Pic 11
Fly sheet has been trapped in zip slight hole ( we still used it like this and it was fine – it has never got any bigger ).pic 7
One pole half spilt has been taped and has been used since- shown in picture 3
One bedroom slightly ripped were tag broken – this can be easily fixed shown in picture 8-9

An excellent family tent only selling as upgraded to a caravan still has loads of use left yet. For all its faults this tent is still in perfectly useable condition as we were still using it upto this season
