Downsized hence sale.this is a 7m×5m tent.4 double bedrooms so is a comfy 8 man tent.some pics of internet some from our holidays in past.this has very heavy poles so has withstood any wether had this tent for bout 5 yrs.never had a problem.this all so includes front extention.we have had 8 people in this comfortable 2 move round.large main area .large front area for cooking.the bad bits hence the repair needs a good wash because of size unable to wash in my garden.2 med holes 1 in roof 1 on main floor both are repairably.no carpet or footprint.we have used this tent with holes in never caused a problem.just patched.will prob need waterproofing.this is a great tent family all grown up so downsized.there is 3 bags roller bag for tent.1 for poles and other is front extention.condition not excellent but cant justify tipping it for a bit of damage that is fixable.always put away dry.will add anymore info if i find any.for full details google nebraska xl.there is nothing on this tent that cant be repaired.i think 1 of poles is missing inner wire no problem with it though.tried to be as honest as i can with what damage i remember from last year.adding as i remember things.there is a double door as you enter can be zipped to halfway.all windows have rolled curtains that toggle down to close (may be a toggle to repair).all bedrooms have roll down mesh window area.there is also a back door.that has mesh.the windows in front area also can be used moving plastic leaving mesh while cooking.also plastic window at top of tent.as you can imagine this is a very tall tent.even bedrooms are high so no stooping.lots of side pockets in all bedrooms.main pockets as on a pic.lots of storage in bedrooms even with double beds in.and also along sides of rooms.as far as i can remember other than the 2 holes.any other damage is cosmetic(bit of sewing ie toggle or hole in a pocket).there is a bit for threading elec hook up threw.for full info please google.this tent is amazing will miss it but to big for us now.main part of tent is a sewn in groundsheet.foyer attatches to tent.not sure if got instruction to pitch but can get off google or you tube.
