They are returned due to having some sort of fault or have been used as demo model .
At mytentoryours we refurbish/replace any damaged or faulty parts where possible. Any replacement or damages will be outlined clearly in the description.
In normal circumstances our items have no defects or only minor damage, however we cannot test for leaks, any visible holes or damages that could cause leaking will be photographed and displayed.
