Used several times and always packed away dry. It is used but fully working. This tent has been well cared for, with all zips in working order, no rips or tears to the fabric. Owned by non smokers.
It is the perfect tent for family holidays, sleeping up to 6 in 2-3 separate areas, a large living area and a front kitchen space. Head height is good enabling you to stand fully upright.
