The Vango Kinetic Range of AirBeam tents are loosely based on their best selling Icarus weekend range – only they feature the latest in AirBeam inflatable technology.
The Kinetic V 600 is a 6-berth tent with a flexible bedroom arrangement in that you can position the detachable divider centrally for a 3+3 arrangement or your can hang the divider in an offset position to create a 4+2 arrangement.
The inner is made using a highly breathable polyester and also features the darkened ‘Lights Out’ fabric that filters out the early morning sunlight so that you can enjoy a more restful morning snooze.
The living area is a generous 2.4m x 3.9m which gives you plenty of room in which to organise your camping furniture and accessories. The lofty 2.0m head height throughout also gives the feeling of space.
The ‘V’ in the title of this tent refers to the Vista front of the Kinetic V 600. This hex-shaped front contains large dual windows enabling a panoramic view out and letting plenty of daylight in. Each window also has an internal privacy cover so you can regulate the amount of daylight/privacy you want.
The Vango Kinetic V 600 also features two entrances; a roll-to-the-side ‘D’ door plus a large panel front door that can either be rolled-up and secured or propped open to form a sun canopy (porch poles not included).
Vango AirBeam tents are quick and easy to pitch – simply peg out each corner of the tent and then inflate the AirBeam inflatable inner tubes with the pump supplied and the tent effectively pitches itself. Then simply peg out the guylines and you are ready to go. Everything is pre-attached, the AirBeam tubes, groundsheet and flysheet and so there’s no preparation or assembly required.
The flysheet on the Kinetic V 600 is a high quality, embossed Protex 5000 70D polyester with 5000mm hydrostatic head waterproof protection. It features a fully sewn-in Oxford 30 Denier polyester groundsheet throughout and the inner tent has its own lightweight polyester groundsheet. There’s also Vango’s own TBS II (Tension Band System) – internal webbing straps to stiffen the structure in the event of windy weather.
