SprayWay Valley 6 berth tent in good condition This is an excellent tent for a young family. It has three separate zones, a wet area at the front, a dry roomy living area and at the rear the sleeping area. The front wet area starts with a canopy, this keeps the rain out when you enter and doubles as protection while cooking. Behind this is an area designed to store outdoor and wet items. We kept our, tables and chairs here while not in use… there’s also a foot locker. The real benefit of this space is that only dry people and items end up in the dry living area. The dry living area is so spacious. It has cable entry for power hook up and lots of intelligent touches such as clips to hold the cable for ceiling mounted lights, pockets for the doors to stop them being trodden on when open, storage everywhere for everyday items keeping them off the floor. There is plenty of space for a table and 6 chairs. The sides can be opened and the front removed to their pockets to allow a great airflow and much needed shade on those hot sunny days. There is also a single entry porch to provide another way in, a toilet area or kitchen. The sleeping area comprises of two generous three berth bays with a hanging wardrobe between, which can be used as additional sleeping space. Erection is straightforward, but takes a couple of people, with the outside going up first creating a waterproof shelter to which the inner is clipped. If you have ever put a tent up in the rain, you will understand how smart an idea this is. The dry living area bag goes inside then up ensuring the dry are really is dry regardless of the weather. All the poles and hooks are colour coded. I am unsure of the tents age, we have had it five years but its only been used for 6 weeks in the summer (2 weeks at a time) sat in dry between, it remains in good condition. The photos are taken from the internet as I have got fed up of waiting for my garden to dry out to erect the tent, but your are welcome to erect it before purchase. The tent is in three bags(see photo), I have used a trailer (4 x 3 feet) to save on boot space, that if your interested in i would sell for £50, it requires slight attention, but can be towed.
