Used outwell utah 6 family tent in good all round condition. Photos are of the actual tent loosely pitched this weekend. ( forgot to put the bedroom area in )
We have owned this tent for a number of years and I can honestly say it’s the best tent we have ever owned. Only selling as we now find it to large for us.
The tent features luminous guy ropes
5000mm hydrostatic water proofing
Metal poles ( very sturdy once pitched )
2 x entrance porches
6 person sleeping pod Not pictured fitted but in excellent condition ( could sleep a dozen more in living area )
Bath tub ground sheet
Internal lighting / cable clips so no trailing wires
Clear sun roof section
Curtains to all windows
Storage pockets
Etc etc etc

Overall the tent will still offer years of service and is in good condition , looks excellent from the outside apart from the following……………..
1. Small tear approx 1 inch long where the storm flap is sewn on ( See photo )
2. Internally the tent fabric could do with a wash down as there is some mildew marks etc (I have a bottle of cleaner I will include in the sale as I have not had the time to do this (see photo)
3. A couple of the poles are missing the spring clips but this does not affect the tent performance in any way and could be repaired (see photo)
4. Two areas of the roof where the fibreglass poles sit have had reinforcing tape stuck on to protect and prevent them rubbing through the roof material
(See photo) but is still 100% water proof
5. Few areas with dried mud marks but will wash off
Just trying to be as honest as possible
