Unfortunately I have not been able to test for waterproofness more than a sprinkler hose.There are instructions for assembly although these have been ripped and are difficult to follow but you can find instructions on the internet. I managed to put this up myself without instructions in around half hour.Due to the weight and size of the item unfortunately I can only do collection only however I would be happy to send via courier if you wish to pay costs.UK Bidders Only Please
