Used but in good condition.
2 main things to note:
– the ground sheet has a melted hole at the very front. Not a big issue and can be patched.
– I have added some customisation by way of adding waterproof ‘flaps’ which tuck under the groundsheet and do a great job of keeping out any drafts. They don’t look that elegant but work really well. Can be removed if you want. The last 2 photos show the set up both with, and without the added flaps. Up to you.
