The Cave tent gives you the largest, most sophisticated shelter in the Snugpak Professional range. A versatile group camping shelter built around a super stable geodesic design, the Cave offers a practical living space with a low profile that holds up to the harshest of weather.

The Cave features room enough for 4 occupants and kit with a front and rear entrance and vestibules for added gear storage and meal prep. One door has a single centred zip; the other features two zips which can create a wind blocked entrance if only one portion is used for access. A 5000mm hydrostatic-head flysheet provides stormproof protection with a bathtub style floor to protect against streams of water or pooling in heavy rain.

The inner tent pitches first to serve as the primary structure, with the flysheet then applied. Five scooped mesh vents in the flysheet direct airflow and reduce condensation. The inner tent features a No-See-Um Mesh fabric and can be used alone in good weather as a minimalist shelter with insect protection and a stargazer’s view of the night sky.

The Cave is a robust yet relatively lightweight 4-man tent with Snugpak’s dependable construction for all outdoor adventures from car touring and wild camping to group trekking and hiking. A solid tent for advanced DofE activities with the pack-weight divided between the party.
