It’s been a great tent for us but we have outgrown it a bit now so now upgrading. Comes with porch as shown and a ground sheet for under the main tent area.
Some sighs of wear and tear (bit of sun damage over the pole seams etc) and some of the porch poles have been repaired after splitting, but still in great condition and re-waterproofed last year.
