The second test is done in the field under real-life conditions by our teams. This tent is fitted with a polyurethane-coated polyester flysheet measuring 2000 mm. It also has seams taped using heat-sealed strips and a 190 g/sqm polyethylene groundsheet.Repair:As designers and users who love nature, we care about the durability of our products. That’s why all our tents are designed to be repairable. Delivery

You’ll be given an estimated delivery date (usually around 2 or 3 days) once you have arrived at the checkout step and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the item/s.

Once your entire order has been shipped from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking code for further updates directly from the carrier.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with an item you’ve bought online, you have 30 days to change your mind as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

We don’t however refund perishable goods such as food or drink.

The product must not have been subject to any shocks or abnormal treatment outside of normal use conditions.The product must be used according to its instructions and be regularly maintained.

The guarantee does not include:

Damage that is the responsibility of a third party, or resulting from an intentional or fraudulent act.
Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or from negligence.
Worn parts (tyres, inner tubes, chains, pulleys, cables, etc.).
Products that have been modified not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Only original parts are covered by the Decathlon guarantee.
Damage resulting from fire, lightning, storms, vandalism, or unsafe or insecure transport.
