Living Room and Bedroom:3.5 sqm living area and a maximum inner tent height of 1.90 m.This tent includes several accessories:- A foldaway basin-shape groundsheet at the entrance in case of rain- Transparent shuttered window- Shuttered mosquito net window- Two storage pockets in each bedroom and eight in the living room.The 2 bedrooms in this tent are intended to accommodate a maximum of two 70 cm wide mattresses.Pitching and dismantling:All-in-one frame structure with pre-assembled bedrooms and flysheet.The four coloured poles are to be inserted into their respective sleeves. Then make taut by positioning the poles in the black end pieces located below the flysheet. Drive in the V-shaped pegs at the two back corners, then pull the tent forwards. Then drive in the pegs at the two front corners.We recommend that 2 people pitch the tent.The Fresh & Black technology keeps the inside of your tent cooler and darker:Cooler and darker for better sleep!Fresh & Black is a technology patented by Decathlon that allows us to reflect the sun’s rays and insulate from the light thanks to specific materials.This reduces the sensation of heat in the tent and makes it darker.To get the most out of this technology, don’t forget to ventilate your tent at night!Sun protection:Our Fresh&Black technology relies on a UPF 50+ sun protection fabric.Caution: be careful, as a large amount of UV rays can get in through a simple open door.Ventilation:The ventilated flysheet on the living area airs the room and reduces condensation inside your tent. Outside each bedroom is a high ventilation hatch. Inside each bedroom is a large, low ventilation hatch. The living room comes with a mosquito net and the bedrooms with high mosquito nets.Wind resistance:We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable. The aim is to expose each side of our tent to the same wind intensity.Properly pitched, with the guy ropes deployed, this tent remains habitable in wind speed 6, measured at 50 km/h.Waterproofing:We test our tents to validate their waterproofing. The first test is done in the laboratory, 3 hours under 200 litres of water per hour per sqm, the equivalent of tropical rain of 200 mm per hour. The second test is done in the field under real-life conditions by our teams. This tent is fitted with a polyurethane-coated polyester flysheet measuring 2,000 mm. It also has seams that have been waterproofed with heat-sealed strips, and a 140 g/sqm polyethylene groundsheet.Repair:As designers and users who love nature, we care about the durability of our products. That’s why all our tents are designed to be repairable. Spare parts and repairs for inflatable hoops are available at the workshop of your Decathlon store or on our website.Poles and tent pegs:Poles – All our poles are made from fibreglass and undergo double quality checks. This guarantees some of the best resistance against breakage.Tent pegs – All our pegs are made of steel and have a diameter of 6 mm.Maintenance advice:Our camping tents have been designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks per year) when camping or in the great outdoors. Continued exposure to UV rays over several weeks can damage the fabric. These products are not classified as “garden furniture” and aren’t designed to be left outdoors permanently. To guarantee maximum durability of your tent, it’s important to store it when not in use.

Delivery

You’ll be given an estimated delivery date (usually around 2 or 3 days) once you have arrived at the checkout step and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the item/s.

Once your entire order has been shipped from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking code for further updates directly from the carrier.

Please note: UK bank holidays may affect your delivery time but this is reflected in the estimated delivery date given in your order confirmation email.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with an item you’ve bought online, you have 30 days to change your mind as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

We don’t however refund perishable goods such as food or drink.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed once your parcel has been scanned as received in our warehouse.

Once the return is approved, you’ll receive the money back in your account within 3-5 working days, or around 48 hours if you paid via PayPal.

On the rare occasion you have a product with a manufacturing defect, don’t worry, all brands by Decathlon products come with a minimum guarantee of 2 years unless specified otherwise.

Any material or manufacturing defect recognised by Decathlon teams.The replacement of faulty parts with matching parts for the same use, and labour.

Length of guarantee:

2 years on all products (unless specified otherwise) from the date of purchase.

Application of the guarantee:

The product must not have been subject to any shocks or abnormal treatment outside of normal use conditions.The product must be used according to its instructions and be regularly maintained.

The guarantee does not include:

Damage that is the responsibility of a third party, or resulting from an intentional or fraudulent act.
Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or from negligence.
Worn parts (tyres, inner tubes, chains, pulleys, cables, etc.).
Products that have been modified not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Only original parts are covered by the Decathlon guarantee.
Damage resulting from fire, lightning, storms, vandalism, or unsafe or insecure transport.
