The Fly Creek HV2 Platinum forms part of Big Agnes’ 3-season crazy light shelter range, crafted for the fast-moving outdoor minimalist. The lightweight, technical design features a single door shelter with vestibule that delivers a trail weight of just 737-grams and an 11 x 39 cm pack size that easily attaches to a pack or pannier.
Built for fast-and-light 3-season excursions, the Fly Creek HV2 Platinum uses High Volume architecture and shape-holding corner construction for increased usable space to the interior and vestibule. DAC Angle hub keeps things light with a sturdy freestanding dome structure that’s easy to pitch and features room enough for two persons and sleeping pads. The single vestibule features side access providing dry front entry and increased storage space. 3 inner pockets keep smaller essentials close to hand.
The Fly Creek HV2 pitches inner tent first with a versatile design that lets the inner stand alone for use in good weather – perfect for stargazing on summer nights. By using the additional footprint (sold separately) you can pitch the fly without the inner for a minimalist ‘Fast Fly’ camping experience where conditions allow.
All seams are taped with waterproof, solvent-free polyurethane tape while both flysheet and floor feature a silicone treated nylon rip-stop with 1200mm waterproof polyurethane coating to protect against poor weather.
