They are returned because they have some sort of fault (unless stated).

Generally these items are in good working order and usually have very minor damage, if any.

The
one thing we cannot test on any item is leaks so please assume all used
items leak and note we will not except returns on items due to them
leaking unless sold as new.

Delivery, Postage & Packaging

Items are normally posted out within 1 working day and will arrive upto 48 hours later via DPD.Delivery and Collection is always from our warehouse in Runcorn Unit 6 Jensen Court, WA7 1SQ.

You are welcome to collect any item from our warehouse in Runcorn WA7 FREE OF CHARGE between 8.30 am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery for job lots which includes a pallet and wrapping is charged at COST PRICE.

Delivery for single or smaller items is again at cost price using a non-pallet courier.

STANDARD DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE TO THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF SCILLY, ISLE OF WIGHT or CHANNEL ISLANDS ask
for a quote if you live in these areas. (Normally the cost is the
standard shipping rate plus 150% which isn’t bad for an insured service)

We no longer post outside of the British Isles unless you arrange your own courier to collect from our warehouse between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday
