It’s been a cracker of a tent beenall over sleeps 12 but we are only 5 now 4 one is too old to come with us so it’s a bit big for us , excellent tent for week long stays loads of space
Included is an interior carpet
A footprint underneath the tent to keep extra dry
A canopy extension for the porch
The tent is in a reasonable condition it has hole in the footprint which we have repaired
The tent inside has been used so is not mint
