It was water proofed after use, my sister brought it for £1,750 last Year. when you could only book a holiday in the uk, and caravan prices hit the roof. It takes less then 5 mins to put up, and even less to put down.The info we know is that it was in the same family my sister bought it from. They bought it from new and sold due to their family having grown up. You have the option of putting the awning up, but don’t have to if you dont want to.
