No awning
Did leak last time we used it in a very bad storm in Cornwall. Which broke our awning
Would be good for a project or someone that has got the time money and interest.
Has mould on one bedroom side has been clean was like that when we brought it.
Gas and everything works.
The door got bent in the storm aswell but it was broken one side when we brought it, it still shuts and locks.
