Good overall condition. Great little camper, easy to put up and tow, comes with full awning.
Canvas is good with no leaks or tears and has seen us through many storms over the years.
It has been a great step up from tents for convenience and comfort. Still has plenty of life left in it. We have upgraded to a newer, larger folding camper.
