Very good example of it’s kind for it’s age. No canvas holes but occasional signs of wear. Odd place where stitching is starting to wear. All poles present however there is one that doesn’t screw into place but does not effect erection of tent. Includes mattresses, small step, folding table, mallet, pegs, storage bags, internal bedroom drapes, curtains and ground sheet for awning. Also includes gas stove with regulator. Pics don’t do her justice as we couldn’t peg her out in our drive.
