Comes complete with awning and two pup tents which fit below to create extra sleeping space. There are a few marks on the main tent and a couple of repairs, but no leaks. There is a small tear on the front canopy of the awning but does not affect the use and a couple of the poles the joining wire has snapped.Waterproofed a couple of years ago and could probably do with it doing again. Tows really well and all electrics are working when hooked up 2 weeks ago to test.We have had this for the last 4 years having bought from a friend who owned the trailer tent for 15 years. Has been kept under cover for most of its life and although old is in great condition for its year with many more trips ahead of it. Only selling as kids grown up.With a little TLC it will last for many more years.Please note equipment inside not in the auction but shows how you can store kit for travelling.
