Hi, This is our 1995 Conway Camborne DL 400 Trailer Tent. The awning on these tents are slightly larger than normal at 440cm and 400cm deep and they come with a 3 sided front end.it provides a large open area as there is no central pole to get in the way. It comes with the conway kitchen, ie sink, grill and hob with drawers and storage. It is completely waterproof having been Nikiwaxed a couple of years ago. It has a small rip in the bedroom back left corner that has been repaired. This was from Gale force winds in Croyde. It will come with the inners that make it very homely. Ie curtain, sleeping inner tents and wedding style drapes. This also contains the heat. I have 2 pup tents that can either be used for storage or make it an 8 berth. To set tent up takes about 1/2 hour but with all inners thus can take another hour. It has been stored in a garage so is in excellent condition. Kids are sad to see it go, but we now have a Caravan and honestly don’t need both. We are in a village just south of Bath.
