Handling
We will process all orders within 1 business day of cleared payment. Payment is accepted via PayPal only, and items can only be shipped to the address confirmed via PayPal during checkout. Please note that your order may be marked as “dispatched” shortly after purchase – this reflects it being processed and your item packed and labelled, rather than being passed to the courier at that moment. Once the item has been collected, tracking information will be automatially updated to your order details page for you to view.
Delivery
We offer FREE 4-5 day US domestic shipping on all orders! Items are sent directly from our third party suppliers. All deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt.
International delivery is accepted on most items via eBay’s Global Shipping Programme, and we would like to remind international customers that our products are intended for US users, so power adapter plugs, signal reception and software may be incompatible.
Please note that due to courier health and safety restrictions on hazardous items, we may occassionally have to cancel orders to addresses from outside the US mainland – unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
FREE Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for a replacement. You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Once the item has been returned and inspected, then we will either refund payment or replace the item. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free returns labels for our international customers.
