Conway TardisWas originally a 6 berth but the end double beds are no more. I did create a single bed space so it is now a 3 berth. Solid galvanised chassis. Three good wheels and tyres. No play in the hubs. Tows really well.Working electric fuse box and a number of single sockets inside. Gas hob and grill are working. Internal units are old but have not worn too badly for their age. No mould. 240v fridge which works fine.Upper part of door swings down from the ceilingOK the bad bits. The roof had a leak but I have temporary repaired it with fibreglass paint. One of the ceiling panels inside is now dished and there are two beads missing. We have just come back from Dorset and the roof did not leak.Canvas sides are poor condition. I have patched it in places with an pieces of an old tent and gorilla glue and it held up well. The stitching has failed on the bottom edge of the long side, so I have just held it in place with a batten and cups & screws. The winch used to raise and lower the roof is does work but really needs the handle slot to be replaced. OK so in summary it’s a cheap camper / pop up caravan / trailer tent which is a step up from a tent and a lot warmer and more comfortable. Use it as it is or repair, replace. Alternatively you could use the galvanised chassis for a trailer, motorbike trailer, quad trailer or build an expedition camper!Low starting price. Please let me know if you wish to view. Will consider any reasonable offers above the starting price. Advertised elsewhere so if you are interested please get in touch. Cash only please. Thanks
