The living area structure is self-supporting.We recommend that 2 people pitch the tent.Sun protection:The Ti0² -coated fabric is SPF 50+.Caution: A large amount of UV rays can pass through an open door. Protect your skin with sunscreen.Ventilation:A door with a mosquito screen window.Can be configured as three half-doors or three open doors.Wind resistance:We test all our living rooms in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side of the living room to the wind. A properly pitched living room with all guy ropes fitted should remain habitable in wind speeds up to 50 km/h near the ground.Waterproofing:We test our living rooms to validate their waterproofing. The first test is done in the laboratory, 3 hours under 200 litres of water per hour per sqm, the equivalent of tropical rain of 200 mm per hour. The second test is done in the field under real-life conditions by our teams. This living area is fitted with a polyurethane-coated polyester flysheet measuring 2,000 mm. It also has seams that have been waterproofed with heat-sealed strips.Repair:As designers and users who love nature, we care about the durability of our products. That’s why all our tents and living rooms are designed to be repairable. Spare parts and repairs for inflatable hoops are available at the workshop of your Decathlon store or on our website.Poles and tent pegs:Poles – All of our poles are made from fibreglass and undergo double quality checks. This guarantees some of the best resistance against breakage.Tent pegs – All our pegs are made of steel and have a diameter of 6 mm.OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY:We are aware that we need to act to preserve our natural playground, therefore Quechua is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its products.This product is not currently eco-designed, however we are working on a daily basis to make it more responsible: eco-design, repairability and sustainability are at the heart of our developments.CARE ADVICE:Our camping living rooms have been designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks per year) when camping or in the great outdoors. Continued exposure to UV rays over several weeks can damage the fabric. These products are not classified as “garden furniture” and aren’t designed to be left outdoors permanently. To guarantee maximum durability for your camping living room, it’s important to store it when not in use.

Delivery

You’ll be given an estimated delivery date (usually around 2 or 3 days) once you have arrived at the checkout step and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the item/s.

Once your entire order has been shipped from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking code for further updates directly from the carrier.

Please note: UK bank holidays may affect your delivery time but this is reflected in the estimated delivery date given in your order confirmation email.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with an item you’ve bought online, you have 30 days to change your mind as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

We don’t however refund perishable goods such as food or drink.

Please contact our customer service team if you want to return your item.

Please note: we do not accept returns to our Decathlon stores or to any collection point.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed once your parcel has been scanned as received in our warehouse.

Once the return is approved, you’ll receive the money back in your account within 3-5 working days, or around 48 hours if you paid via PayPal.

Warranty

On the rare occasion you have a product with a manufacturing defect, don’t worry, all brands by Decathlon products come with a minimum guarantee of 2 years unless specified otherwise.

The guarantee covers:

Any material or manufacturing defect recognised by Decathlon teams.The replacement of faulty parts with matching parts for the same use, and labour.

Length of guarantee:

2 years on all products (unless specified otherwise) from the date of purchase.

Application of the guarantee:

The product must not have been subject to any shocks or abnormal treatment outside of normal use conditions.The product must be used according to its instructions and be regularly maintained.

The guarantee does not include:

Damage that is the responsibility of a third party, or resulting from an intentional or fraudulent act.
Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or from negligence.
Worn parts (tyres, inner tubes, chains, pulleys, cables, etc.).
Products that have been modified not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Only original parts are covered by the Decathlon guarantee.
Damage resulting from fire, lightning, storms, vandalism, or unsafe or insecure transport.
